This stage is dedicated to those who plan ahead and want to secure their participation in the event. Presale is also an opportunity to be the first to reserve spots at industry tables and to gain access to additional informational materials about the gala program.

Stage II – presale - ON SALE NOW
Price: 590 PLN / person
Quota: 50 places (28 available)
Valid after the Early Bird sale ends until the quota is exhausted or until January 31, 2026.
This stage is intended for wedding industry representatives who want to secure their participation but missed the Early Bird offer. It is the perfect moment for companies, brands, and service providers planning to actively participate in networking, presentations, and discussion panels while ensuring a place among a prestigious group of participants.
Stage III – final price
Price: 690 PLN / person.
Quota: last available spots
Valid from February 1, 2026, or until the quota is exhausted.
This is the last chance to join the participants of WeddinGala. The number of places at this stage is very limited, and sales automatically end when the maximum number of participants is reached. The final stage is designed for those who make last-minute decisions but still want to be part of this unique wedding industry gathering.
