Visiting Mała Wieś Palace
History rediscovered
A visit to the Mała Wieś Palace is an invitation to the world of the Polish aristocracy of the late 18th century and a chance to discover one of the most beautiful residences in the Masovian region. A guided walk through the meticulously preserved, intimate interiors brings the neoclassical architecture to life through stories of the former owners, allowing you to fully experience the unique character of this place.
Why is it worth deciding to visit the palace in Mała Wieś?
Mała Wieś Palace was completed in 1786 as a neoclassical residence designed by Hilary Szpilowski for Bazyli Walicki, an advisor to King Stanisław August Poniatowski. It is a place associated with important figures in Polish history. The palace was visited by kings, aristocrats, and artists, among others, and its interiors can be seen today during organized tours of the palace.
The residence is surrounded by a French garden and an English park, which flow seamlessly into the Modrzewina nature reserve and the Grójec apple orchards. As a result, a visit to Mała Wieś Palace combines sightseeing at a beautiful historic site with relaxation in nature.
