Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

We welcome pets at the hotel, provided they are not breeds considered aggressive. Guests with cats should bring a litter box for their pet.

Stays with pets must be reported at the time of booking. We recommend rooms in the Gardener's House for stays with pets.

Regardless of the weight, size, or type of pet, the stay for one animal costs 100 PLN per night.

Early check-in is subject to availability – please inquire at the reception.

Just as with check-in, late check-out is subject to availability – please contact reception on the day of your departure. Check-out can be extended until 6:00 PM at the latest.

Yes, a dental kit (toothbrush and toothpaste) and a shaving kit (disposable razor and shaving cream) are available at the 24-hour reception and cost 10 PLN per kit.

Yes, at the hotel reception. A breathalyzer mouthpiece costs 5 PLN.

Parking is free for hotel guests. No reservation is required. For non-hotel guests, parking is paid and costs 10 PLN per vehicle from Monday to Thursday, and 30 PLN from Friday to Sunday.

Each room is equipped with a kettle, cups, coffee, and tea. Irons and ironing boards are available upon request at the reception or can be delivered to your room – free of charge, of course.

The hotel provides bicycles for both adults and children. Please ask the reception for details.

Mała Wieś Palace is located approximately 50 km from Warsaw. We recommend taking national road 7 to reach us.

Upon guest request, we can order taxis – payment is made directly to the driver.

Yes, we have rooms available for guests with disabilities.

The spa features changing rooms and lockers with electronic locks, for which a code can be obtained at the reception.

We have a couples' treatment room where two procedures or massages can be performed simultaneously.

In our spa menu, you will also find treatments for children. Treatments are performed with parental consent.

We suggest arriving at the SPA at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment to allow time for changing, but we recommend arriving earlier – this allows you to relax in the relaxation area before your treatments.
