Poland delights with its diversity of flavors, traditions, and regional recipes. Every corner of the country has its own story told through its cuisine – from the aromatic dishes of Podlaskie and Masurian fish to mountain cheeses and Silesian classics.
Starting August 10th, the Stara Wozownia Restaurant launches a unique culinary project, "Culinary Trails of Poland," which will accompany our Guests until the end of the season.
Every week, we will invite you to explore a different region of our country through a special menu insert, created with inspiration from local products, traditional recipes, and the history of Polish cuisine.
This will be a journey through the flavors of Poland – without the need to pack your bags.
Each week is a new region and new culinary discoveries
Regional cuisine is much more than recipes passed down from generation to generation. It is a story about people, nature, culture, and traditions that have shaped the character of individual parts of Poland over the years.
That is why at Stara Wozownia Restaurant, we have decided to create a series that will allow our Guests to experience this extraordinary diversity.
Each week, a new, limited menu insert inspired by a different region of Poland will be featured. The Chef will prepare original interpretations of traditional dishes, preserving their unique character while giving them a modern, elegant form.
It is the perfect opportunity to rediscover familiar flavors and get to know those less obvious.
First stop – Podlaskie
We will begin our culinary journey with one of Poland's most unique regions – Podlaskie.
It is a land where different cultures and traditions have intertwined for centuries. Polish, Lithuanian, Belarusian, and Tatar influences have created a cuisine that is incredibly rich, aromatic, and full of authentic flavors.
Podlaskie is famous for its simplicity based on the highest quality local ingredients. It is a place where fresh herbs, seasonal vegetables, exceptional cheeses, honey, game, and recipes passed down from generation to generation reign supreme.
The special menu insert inspired by Podlaskie will be an opportunity to try dishes prepared with respect for regional tradition, but in a modern style characteristic of Stara Wozownia Restaurant.

This will not be a typical seasonal menu.

Saturdays with live music
A culinary journey deserves the right setting.
Therefore, every Saturday, Stara Wozownia Restaurant invites you to evenings with live music, which will perfectly complement the atmosphere of gatherings at the table.
The sounds of music, exceptional cuisine, carefully selected wines, and the atmospheric interiors of the restaurant will create the perfect place for:
